Returns & Exchanges

At KATHRYN New York, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition.  Simply follow the guidelines below.

Merchandise, with the exception of monogrammed, personalized/customized or final sale items, can be returned, credited or exchanged within FOURTEEN DAYS from the date of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover merchandise damaged through normal wear, accident or misuse (wearing in water, etc). Upon receipt of your order, please check it carefully for accuracy.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers.  To ensure a positive shopping experience for all of our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at KATHRYN New York or kathrynnewyork.com.

Returns By UPS:

For a complimentary return shipping label, please contact us at info@kathrynnewyork.com and request one. We will email you a prepaid UPS return label, which you may affix to the outside of the original package (please remove or cover all original external labeling). Drop off at any UPS pickup point.

If you choose to ship your return via a different carrier, please insure the package and ship to: KATHRYN New York, 100 Church Street, Suite 800, New York, NY 10007.

Exchanges

If you wish to get a different item or size, please return your original merchandise, as per above RETURNS BY UPS policy, and place a new order by calling 1-833-254-6530 or by going to kathrynnewyork.com. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed. Standard UPS shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order.

Sales Tax on Shipping

Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order in accordance with local tax laws. In the following states the taxable total may include charges for shipping: AR, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, Ml, MN, MO, MS. NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, Rl, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV.

Limitations

KATHRYN New York reserves the right to substitute merchandise of similar quality and value for items that are discontinued or out of stock. Actual jewelry may vary slightly in size and color from the images shown online or in printed materials. Many of our products include natural stones mined from the earth; slight variations in color and size are to be expected.
